Inspection and Claims Policy

       

By purchasing a custom painted ebike from Chameleon eBikes, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding inspection and claims:

 

Each ebike undergoes a rigorous testing process before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and performance. Upon receipt of your custom painted ebike, you are required to thoroughly inspect the product within 24 hours. Any claims for damages or defects must be reported to Chameleon eBikes within this 24-hour window.

 

Claims must be accompanied by supporting documentation, including but not limited to, detailed photographs of the alleged damages or defects and a written description of the issues observed. Failure to report any damages or defects within the specified time frame or without the required documentation will result in the forfeiture of your right to claim for those issues.

 

Chameleon eBikes reserves the right to investigate and verify the validity of any claims made. We are not responsible for any damages or defects reported after the 24-hour inspection period or for any claims that lack sufficient supporting documentation.
